Attorney Stefan Cencarik started his legal path as early as high school where he was a championship cross examination debater and orator from The Woodlands, Texas. As a 17 year old, who had the gifted ability of public speaking, critical thinking, and convincing older adults to vote for his arguments on particular policy issues, he became intrigued by the potential for a successful legal career.  Coming from a hard-working family with humble beginnings, Stefan set out to help others navigate the complexities and risks inherent in our legal system and economy.  

Stefan was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2006.  Since the day he began practicing law, he immediately took on challenging client relationships, large corporate downtown law firms, and complex cases that no other attorney would accept. His goal, upon entering the legal profession, was to immerse and challenge himself as much as possible, and rapidly ascend to the top of the class of independent attorneys in the Greater Boston area.

Lawyers, in general, are now commonplace.  There are many negative stigmas and conceptions of attorneys, and, regrettably, there are far too many examples to cover here.  To stand out from the crowd of lawyers in Massachusetts, Stefan realized that hard work, perseverance, and dedication to client relationships would help him stand apart from the masses of corporate and other unprofessional attorneys.  Stefan believes in integrity of legal profession, and that his clients' questions, concerns, objectives, and ultimate success is of the foremost importance.  This commitment is more than just words.  He stands behind his work, charges fair and reasonable rates, quickly returns calls and e-mails from his clients, and does not try to "up-sell" or recommend unnecessary services. He understands the negative conceptions about attorneys and strives to exceed your expectations and put that trepidation to rest.  And, most importantly his personality is one that makes you want to answer his phone calls, as he aims to be amiable and avoid putting any additional stress on you.
